Service and enhancement has always been CSR’s main targets. Our
specialization is in CSR suspension components for Showa, KYB, WP, Sachs,
and Marzocchi. With over 20 years of experience, Kelvin Thomas handles the
setup of all the motorcycle/ATV suspension that comes through the shop.
Kelvin has become renowned in the development and application of many works
style parts for numerous suspension components. Our experience extends from
minis to full size motorcycles/ATVs.

We utilize the latest in shock dyno and spring testing technology to
ensure consistancy
Information from the customer is gathered and taken into account when
setting up your suspension, whether you require suspension for supercross,
motocross or off-road. Correct setting, spring rates and valving types are
chosen for the rider that is unique to the application. Our main goal is to
provide the customer with a quality level of service, a personalized setup
with the convenience of easy shipping and quick turnaround.
Standard Service
With our standard service, everything is completely disassembled, cleaned,
inspected and checked for wear. Any parts found to be worn are replaced in
addition at the customer’s request. Standard service also includes
recharging the gas chambers in the suspension as well as the use of the
official vacuum oil filling machines and methods. Without the proper vacuum
oil filing machine your shock or closed cartridge fork CANNOT be properly
bleed and filled with oil.
Re-valve and Modification
When CSR re-valves your suspension, we personalize your fork and shock to
the riders specific skill sets and needs. From the initial phone call we
will ask you a battery of questions, designed to initiate the responses
needed to modify the suspension to your needs. Every rider is unique in
height, weight, riding style, ability level, terrain ridden and desired
performance. We are dedicated to providing you with the best suspension.

Every service order is unique to the customers needs
CSR HIGHLY recommends that customers in need of suspension work, send both
their forks and shock in at the same time for all suspension re-valves, oil
changes and mods. We suggest you contact us in preparation to have your
suspension serviced. |
