better quality replacement parts for most shocks. We have shims, bushing,

Shims
The CSR brand shims are hi-quality steel valve shims made with Sandvik
20c(material specifically designed to make shock shims see
Sandvik's website) material for the best possible consistency.
They come in a variety of sizes ranging from 6, 8, 12, and 16mm, ID in
metric and .500 ID in imperial (Penske). The shock shims OD start at 16mm
and go up to 44mm in 2mm increments, with the thickness from .10, .15, .20,
.25, and .30mm. The fork shims OD start at 8mm and go up to 32mm in 1mm
increments, with the thickness from .10, .15, .20, .25, and .30mm. The .500
ID shims come in .750, .900, 1.050, 1.200, 1.350 inch OD sizes and range
from .004, .006, .008, .010, .012, .015, and .020 thicknesses. Some ring
shim sizes are also available.
Springs
Wide variety of steel springs available and guaranteed for life to be within
3% of the listed rate and length.
Tooling
We offer a wide variety of tools to service the CSR Shock brand as well as
tools for various other applications. Nitrogen fill tool, various slugs for
installation of seals, spherical bearings, and du bushings. We have seal
head spanners wrenches, Adjustment Ring Spanner tools, as well as a rebound
clicker assembly tool. |
